Team Profiles: Teddy Namirimu

Teddy Namirimu has is supporting Collage to design a strategy for linking local producers with international markets. She spent five years supporting the implementation of projects in livelihoods transformation with a focus on the transfer of income generation skills among Uganda’s vulnerable populations.

She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology in metagenomics with a focus on community structure and functional diversity of microbes in hydrothermal vent systems in the Indian Ocean.

Teddy enjoys sewing and recently founded a small clothing business in Busan, South Korea.
